Marquette, MI – The heartbreaking loss of the Wildcats Saturday night was the only cloud in the sky of an otherwise sunny ideal homecoming week at Northern Michigan University.

Final outcome aside, you couldn’t have asked for a better game. The Superior Dome was packed, the crowd was super charged, and both teams fought hard to the last minute keeping everyone on the edge of their seats. This was THE game to see in the past two years we have been covering NMU football.
